Following a sprint workshop, we were selected to work on communication materials to be rolled out across 300 wards at St Mary’s and Hammersmith Hospitals. We started with establishing a visual mark:

Algorithm design

We studied the existing material staff were using to better understand and streamline their function and essential features.

Co-design process

We presented our work as printed mockups in several stages to the Medicines Management team and worked on feedback from these sessions – this lead to a more effective and useful programme roll out.

More than print

We also designed and managed the production of key fobs, badges and fridge stickers. Fridge forms, and algorithms were laminated to ensure longevity in the hospital wards.
