Following our work with the UK Health Security Agency on health assessment communications for St Helena and Bermuda, we have helped their team design a comprehensive set of care workbooks for ‘non-regulated’ care workers on the Caribbean island of Montserrat.

The workbook provides a set of standards that define the knowledge, skills and behaviours that guide good healthcare practice and provide theoretical and practical knowledge across a range of care environments.
Beyond the design of the booklets, which included a combination of pictorial resources and worksheets, we created a certificate and badge to celebrate successful completion of the course and provide carers with evidence of their learning and progress.
