Getting the most out of online group clinics

We’re continuing our collaboration with Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences at University of Oxford, now with a focus on helping patients and practitioners get the most from online group clinics.
The project, funded by the NIHR, aims to help general practice staff improve group-based clinical care models and to evaluate the benefits in general practice.
This is a two year project and we will be supporting Dr Chrysanthi Papoutsi, a senior researcher at Nuffield who’s research looks at digital health and innovation from an interdisciplinary perspective.
We’ll be running workshops and supporting interviews with patients and practitioners to understand more about the benefits and challenges associated with online group sessions and helping Chrysanthi and her team improve the way that these experiences are delivered and communicated.
