This is the core mission of the Research on Research Institute (RoRI), where they don’t just study science, they hack it. By interrogating funding systems, experimenting with peer review and rebuilding research culture, they’re turning science back on itself to make it more rigorous, inclusive and impactful.

To support this work, we’ve been asked to design their impact report which shares the many collaborations and relationships they have built and the wide range of experiments, systems and platforms they have developed. 

As Donna Haraway – historian of consciousness and feminist studies and a prominent scholar in the field of science and technology studies – reminds us, “Technology is not neutral. We’re inside of what we make, and it’s inside of us.”
